By accessing the Tradio website or engaging Tradiobiz Tech Pvt. Ltd. (“Tradio”) for sourcing, manufacturing, or platform services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use the website or services.

Tradio provides cross-border textile sourcing, manufacturing programme management, quality assurance, logistics coordination, and access to the TextilMarkt platform. Specific scope, pricing, deliverables, and timelines for engagements are governed by a separate written master services agreement and individual statement of work or purchase order.

• You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or scrape content.
• All content (text, graphics, logos) is owned by Tradio or licensed to us.
• The website is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.

Information shared during sourcing discussions (designs, tech packs, volumes, pricing) is treated as confidential and used solely to provide quotes and execute orders. A full mutual NDA is signed before any commercially sensitive information is exchanged.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tradio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website. Liability under any service contract is governed by that contract.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, unless a separate service contract specifies otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
